Placing an appt after a storm

No We called right after storm and could not get an appt for 2 days -I work from home until Sept and now have to take personal time for 2 days until we can get someone to come out ( modem &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;amp; cable boxes ) not up and Wi-Fi down this is extremely disappointing -there is no outage in area so it might be our outside lines -how do you think I should feel when paying customer and now lose of salary for 2 days -very disappointed
