Not putting money on my card when they said they did not once but 2 seperate times

I went to the dollar store on the bypass in richmond ky today and bought a American express pre paid card and fave her 200.00 to put onto my card . Thinking she did i go to check my balance and theres zero . I called the phone company for American express and tgey said the money never got put onto my card. I then call the dollar store and the associate there was a complete *** to me. Im out my m
