Kurta set

Bought a kurta (sku 189mw08). However size not good. Contacted panash india and was asked to send the kurta back. Order PN2205437 has not shipped, no progress at all on the order. No customer service response. No reply to emails no reply to whatsapp messages. Poor service

4. The package sent to me in January was placed in the parcel terminal. The very next day I received a text message from iExpress that in case the particular parcel cabinet is full, my parcel can be placed in another nearby parcel cabinet. As I am aware that there are many shipments at the moment, I did not panic and waited for further news. A few more days passed and I did not receive any news. 8. On the date of the call to iExpress and I answer that the package will be placed in the package cabinet on January 11th. I continue to wait patiently. Date 11 arrives, but no mention of my package. I call and write to iExpress again, the only answer I received is that we work hard, sorry for everything. The mayor of patience is full, please just tell me where the shipment is, or put it in any Melbourne parcel box, the answer is again-sorry, wait. In the meantime, I have received 2 other packages for the same package in the closet without any delay. Shipment tracking updates no information about my package since January 5th. I'm pretty sure I can't wait for that package.
