Before leaving Puerto Rico at the beginning of June, I received a phone call (probably from Ms García) explaining that I will received an email at my husband address (amenend@***.com) because he is the person linked to the account (phone home 787-761-****). We never received that email that I was supposed to sign a form so Sears will send me a check of more or less $350. I am now in France for at least 2 months attending my 101 years old mother and I am unable to resolve this by phone.
