No resolution.phone not working cannot speak with a live agent. Messaging is not working correctly. Ive asked for a phone replacement because my phone is still under warranty. Dates are wrong on texting with straight talk. No resolution to any of my problems. Was told that you only sell the plans and you are not knowledgeable of the phone. Phone plan is locked in for a year and even through you cant solve the issue customer are not allowed to change carrier. Therefore customer are stuck with not resolution and pissed poor services User's recommendation: Get away from this company.
