I was charged for a room I didnt even stay in, the hotel told me they where booked, when I tried to get my money back hotel . Com said they spoke to the manager and she said they was not booked. At the end of the day if I canceled my reservation why did I not get refunded?? User's recommendation: Don’t *** with this site they are criminals.
