A cancellation

The worst customer service Ive ever had in my life the 2 ladies that answered the phone didnt speak English well enough to understand me or for me to understand them and they connected me to some stupid virtual operators that were no help whatsoever and accomplished absolutely nothing so pist about my experience User's recommendation: I recommend Booking.com.
