Update by user Aug 04, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Original review posted by user Aug 04, 2021 After finally getting through the gentleman was very helpful. The virtual Assistant is terrible and there is no easily found phone number. Ive had good luck in the past but now not so much.
