I’m trying to contact Google support customer service or the administrators and I’ve got two phone numbers that are not valid right now you can return my call at 818-297-****

I have a issue with my email somebody hacked it changed my password now I can't log on to my EDD account to verify my weeks for benefits it's terrible EDD look into it they're not answering the phone they prove my account but I can't log on to my verifications for benefits weekly please help me I need this Google account unlocked or the password User's recommendation: No answer.
