Vueling cancelled my flights last June due to corona virus restrictions. They sent an email with a phone number to call them for a refund for both flights, I tried several times and was cut off every time . Then after quite some time Love Hoildays advised they refunded the outward flight but refuse to refund the return flight stating that corona virus was an act of god and under there terms and conditions the cancelled flight would not be refunded. I made several lcontacts with love Holidays who advised I phoned the airline , I sent several emails to vueling to advise i was totally confused has they refunded 1 flight but not the other . The reply remained the same no refund User's recommendation: Do not use this Vueling or Love Holidays.
