Miss appropriation of funds

On 4/14, I placed in order to buy a wig. The wig costed 141.00 dollars. By mistake another order for the same wig was placed. I followed up immediately by notifying the company of the error. I was told to let it go through because they did not want refund my money. There was total of 270.00 dollars taken from my account. I told them I did not want 2 of the same wigs. They still refused to refund my money. This is bad business. I want my money back. I don't see what the problem is with the company refund policy.
