Awful Wig

I ordered a large and it does not even fit my head. Pops right off and looks horrible. I want to be refunded. How do I do this? No paperwork with the order number and no instructions. Says I need to send pictures? NO! I am 80 years old and I just want to send it back and be refunded. User's recommendation: I do not recomend.
