The advertisement stated Remy human hair, natural looking and fit, mold to shape of head. What I got was a synthetic wig that does not look natural, does not live up to the price paid. I made a complaint and still waiting for reply. Very disappointed as I am a cancer patient that has lost all my hair. I did tell them this at the time of placing the order, I purchased what they recommended. I should have checked for scams. User's recommendation: Check Scam alert first before purchasing.
