I have rented a phone , with agreement, but my phone is not charging, you send me only cable , not original charger for iPhone 7 plus, buttons also hard to use, so I wrote request to return my phone back, I received an email , with return label, to print it out and send the phone back, but have no printer services, is closed at the moment, so I will try again today, but because of late return , will you charge penalty? And I really need to cancel my agreement, pls help me out.The phone is exactly in the same condition, the same as a received it. Calling to customer service, but it's not possible to get in touch.. User's recommendation: Before you buy or rent a phone, ask the company if the phone comes with original charger , and ask them if they can send you return label with your order.
