I have been waiting since Tuesday ( now Friday) to have my car towed from tow lot to collision center in Louisville KY. I call everyday and they say it will be done that day and it is not. Today they say now Tuesday, a week really?? My insurance company uses them but I will never use them with such terrible service and want to make sure others are aware to look elsewhere. User's recommendation: Look elsewhere.
