Aegean Hello Dear Aegean air Customer, My name is Ahmad! I'm writing this email to ask you a big favor please!! My wife with the name AYINKAMIYE GRACE and With BOOKING REFERENCE OFR6DP: travelling time:8:20-10:55 She Supposed to travel Yesterday Tuesday 20th april, 2021! Athens to Paris! But unfortunately when we went to do the Covid test on Monday, she was positive of Virus! They didn't allow us to go home nor to ask someone Bring our stuff such Computer,...! Morever we didn't had any way to contact the Airline service for help, inorder to cancel the Ticket! When I tried to explain whole situation the Hospital Service they allowed someone to bring us the Computer and other stuff we needed! Then I came to call the Aegean air service to late, no one received me! I had hope because when I was reading all the informations about Aegean air, I saw that the service is available 24hours a day , 7 days a week!!! I tried again to call on Tuesday evening, and then they explained me that I have to send this email to whom it concerns inorder to help me !! We would like to ask Please if you could help us to let it open, because till now we don't exactly how many days she going to stay at the Hospital she has also Hearts problem, stomach problem,... Her Doctor in France contacted her to come so that she has to continue her treatments, that's why she wanted to travel as soon as possible last week! But unfortunately that's what happened! As the Greek Doctor told us , they will have to treat her before to allow her traveling but they didn't tell us till when!! Dear Customer, we're always Using this Company whenever we want to travel anywhere, it's my Favorite Traveling Company! We had more than 6 Months in Lockdown, I lost my job during Lockdown, I don't Money to buy a new one Ticket, please With all Your Kindness of helping, I'm begging you to help me for that!! Please Please Please! I'd appreciate it very much!! Thank You very, Hope you will understand. Best Regards!
