Asking about luggage during connecting flights

I wanted to ask if I m traveling from Beirut to Santorini via Athens but I have two tickets one from Beirut to Athens and another one from Athens to Santorini ... both flights r operated by Aegean is it possible to have the luggage all the way from Beirut to Santorini ? Without having to pick them at Athens ???? Thank you for your reply
