I have been happy with Orbitz for a few years. This month though I have had to change my mind. I booked a room in Lancaster county through the Orbitz website but when I got to the hotel there were no more rooms available. I spent lots of gas money and wasted lots of precious time due to this mistake. What really upsets me is that I have yet to receive my refund. What in the world.
