I have not got my refund

i booked a flight on may 14 for 5 of us. as soon as i hit the button i realized i hit the wrong one. after talking to the automated portal, i finally received an actual person to talk to. after explaining my issue he told me that i would receive a full refund credited to my credit card. This reservation has been fully cancelled and a refund has been issued to the original form of payment. The timing of your refund is dependent on the airline and bank or credit issuer, and may take one or two billing cycles to appear on your credit or bank statement. We're sorry your plans didn't work out. When you're ready to book a new trip, we'll be happy to help. User's recommendation: don't book, horrible customer service. once you prove them wrong you will never hear from them again.
