Update by user Jun 21, 2021 No response from Houzz. Filed a complaint with the San Jose area BBB and no response. Still haven’t posted any reviews that comply with their rules, which are violated by multiple reviewers - who post favorable reviews. Original review posted by user May 21, 2021 I have submitted 5 reviews of Reef Builders in AZ and they wont post any of them. Their emails say 4-5 business days for review (read: edit and dilute from consumer experience) and then no action. Completely ignore real consumers and honor the contractors who do shoddy work. User's recommendation: Avoid this site. They are bought and paid for.
