Warn other diners!!

AIt is THE WORST company!!! Impossible to redeem full value reward points, impossible to contact with customer service and if thats not bad enough, they screw up reservations so badly that when Ive shown restaurants my confirmed OT reservation, the restaurant has no record of it and will NOT accommodate the Reservation.... turning me away (more than several occasions!!) User's recommendation: AVOID USING OPEN TABLE!!!
