Horrible delivery service

Absolutely the WORST delivery company I ever used. Don't even bother trying to file a complaint, they don't care. Packages order early June. You have to be home to receive delivery, which means you have to take off from work. First delivery date, took off and no show. Second delivery, again took off and they could not take pallet off truck, so they dropped 20 heavy boxes at curb. Getting 2nd delivery date took act of congress. Terminal never answers phone. All the boxes did not arrive. Had to have them resent from the company I ordered from. New boxes arrived at terminal, NEVER received call or notice. I called a week after arrival date and got 3rd date scheduled and confirmed. Took 8am delivery time to make sure would not be time issue. Took off and no show. Called for two hours trying to get ahold of someone. They corporate office finally got me a number and said he wasn't surprised, company has been bad since changing names from UPS. Finally contacted the operations director, Sean at the Tampa terminal. First he was irritated I called because he is not on duty but no one else is on duty either and he was "emergency contact". Said I wasn't getting boxes and he would look into it later. I confirmed delivery and had installer her waiting. So I now will have to take off a 4th and pay installer to show up again. Sean said it was COVID. Got it but a phone call to let someone know not to waste a day is the professional and courteous response. This cost people time and money. I have never received a phone call. They are paid to deliver packages at scheduled delivery time and they are horrible at their jobs and have zero communication skills. I will pay more to use ANY other service available. User's recommendation: use any other delivery service.
