I'm waiting for a letter from my company and the delivery man said that he will just deliver it the next day and that's 5pm here. Today like 7 to 8 am I started calling the delivery man but no response at all. I went to the office to complain but do nothing. Ask if they can escalate the delivery man, but she only said "to our supervisor". Is this how an international courier treats their costumer? Are getting satisfaction to or good rates to your clients? I suggest getting a GOOD, EDUCATED and RESPECTFUL employees. ON
