Rude greeting about 30 min wait, impossible virtual asst,Live Chat put me on hold and vanished, telephone hold switched to "we are now closed" after 28 mins on hold, repeat experience next day, only reached an extremely sarcastic woman who told me I had incorrectly entered my bank information (they had entered it) to explain why my auto withdrawal was returned and hung up. Prevented"after survey". User's recommendation: Don't enter into a long term agreement with Synchrony.
