Incorrect deposit

My deposit was short. I cant reach any representative for help. I dont have time to wait due to high call volume or be referred 4 times to someone who cant help before being cut off. I do not need to told my customer number is incorrect and my call dropped before speaking to a person. User's recommendation: Where is a person who can handle a problem.
