They don't care one bit about their customers Update by user Apr 23, 2021 No contact from the company Original review updated by user Apr 23, 2021 I just canceled my credit card with synchrony because they filed a false credit report to the credit bureau saying I was late 14 DAYS, again I say 14 DAYS with a payment, when I've had automatic pay and hadn't missed any payments at all. They recently changed their system and failed to update everyone auto-pay in their new system. I had a credit limit of $1200 on my Chevron/Texaco account for a couple of years and they lowers it to $900 just above what I owed them. They have some unethical business practices. Will never do business with them again. SYNCHRONY SUCKS !!! User's recommendation: Do yourself a favor DON'T do business with this company.
