Sick of wasting my time driving 40 minutes one way. Wait to get checked in is a joke 1 person last 3 times I am there then another 20 to 30 minutes to start my donation!!! I have been coming here since December and it was never this bad. Now today I went to hospital to have my blood drawn for doctor in the arm got a red spot and can't give my donation again I hope you get things right going forward or you will lose not just me everyone I speak to in upset.
