Doors open at 6:00 and we go get inside and have to wait 10-15 minutes till they get set up, which should be done before they open!! Then go to the donor floor and had to wait 45 minutes before I was stuck!! I asked a girl if she could stick and she said no, after waiting for 45 minutes she was the one that stuck me!!! I was the first person there!!!! Some of us have jobs to get to and this is unacceptable!!! They need more staff that know what they are doing!! People will stop donating if they dont get their act together!!
