8 days I received a package of tata cliq through your company . Post delivery I received sms confirming delivery and requesting feedback with a link Later courier called me and asked me to forward the same him. I was surprised so when I re read the message I realised why. With this message he can click and do the feedback process himself.Yesterday once again , post delivery of a package, I received call from courier asking me to forward the feedback message to him , I questioned him for reason he said we haven't received feedback from you so I need it .I told him I have already shared feedback he immediately disconnected the call. Couriers are taking the message with url from customer giving positive feedback to themselves User's recommendation: Do not forward any message received from the company to couriers.
