Yes they customer service department didnt understand my English they were not willing to assist me they were rude they gave me misinformation regarding my account they told Me I could go to the store and shop only to turn around and deny the charges even after calling them when receiving a letter with a reference number one day and then receiving another one the next day when I told them I had a letter called and was told o could shop verifying me they told me I didnt have a letter and the store clerk got on the phone abs explain to Them yes I did and she was reading The letter they still denied me so embarrassed I had to pay for my items totaling about 300.00! They offered no discount are nothing for the hardship User's recommendation: Departments need to work together they also need to make better notes in the system they also need to employ people that understands English.
