Original review posted by user Aug 10, 2021 So it seems they have this steam guard thing now and when I reformatted my PC I though it would be as quick and as easy as the one I use for my X box gamepass. Boy was I wrong. Not only can you not reach anyone. They fail to send the codes you need in order to use your account. And when you try to reach support you cant without the account already verified. Its a really huge pain in the *** Even worse if there is no number to reach them when issues like this happen. Its a overly flawed system. User's recommendation: Stick to the x box app as steam is just a huge waste of time.
