Original review posted by user Jun 15, 2021 The Noom app on my phone will not open up. It just gives me the rotating blue circle, and then the app doesn't respond and I have to close and reopen it. I was working with tech support, but the app kept freezing up. I haven't been able to log my food for several days, and the last time the app did open, I had the "weight yourself" icon repeated 20 or more times. when I wanted to add exercise, and had to scroll down a long, long way to get to the bottom. I can get the help button, which is how I talked with tech support three pr four times. User's recommendation: Not normally a problem.
