When you first lay down on the pillow, after it has been fluffed up, everything is fine, but as you lay for a short while, it seems to firm up and get hard, and has to be fluffed again. My wife and I also agree with some others and do not like the advertisements. They are misleading. The pillow cases are very dry and wrinkled, and not at all like the ads show them. User's recommendation: Stay away from the pillows, and I would not opt for the pillow cases either, as they do not properly fit the pillows (they are so wrinkled and not make nice...not at all like the advertisements. Might as well join the group that does not like the advertisements. I switched to a Martha Stewart pillow and now get a nice sleep.
