Was told in early March (2021) that wait time for my permanent partials would be no longer than two weeks. It is the end of June, still no partials and no date certain for their arrival. Was finally told they are being held up at customs, that they were coming from China. I have a temporary set of Ill fitting partials they made for me, that are not durable and have broken twice, leaving me with no teeth during wait times of a week each time they went in for repairs. Aspen was paid in advance, that is not an issue. Enough is enough. I woulnrerecommendaspen User's recommendation: I would not recommend Aspen Dental. Do your homework before choosing a dental clinic.
