Irresponsible people

I have done 6 sessions with ideal image and in one of its locations a girl burned my tattoo and my skin, and I have tried to know what they will do about it since I have paid a lot of money for this and every time I call the clinic nobody takes my call . User's recommendation: I really don’t.
