Had to return headphones
I bought a pair of Skullcandy Venue noise cancelling headphones at my local Best Buy. Sound only came out of one side. I called the customer service number. I had an excellent call with the rep who suggested that I try to return them to the store. Luckily Best Buy accepted the return and returned my money. User's recommendation: Call customer service!
