Was very disappointed on customer service she could not help me on a part that I need it for my patio bench only 4 leg. She said you'll do not carry it I was willing to pay for the 4 legs then she told me that I need to call lowes and they would order it for me that they have it. Lowe's does not carry anything they just sell yours patio set. You are the makers. User's recommendation: Need to carry accessories.
