Power issue
I have on several occasion experience power loss with the prepaid switching off as well. I lodged a complaint and before Service engineer could come power switched on. This has happened for 3 times now and the last time was last Sunday. I tried to call the toll free no. but there was network i even sent someone physically to Zesco Mufulira but they told him there was no network. Luckily power switched on again. I went to Zesco on a Tuesday and I was advised to lodge a complaint through this side.
