Ive rented a car more than 2 months ago and the pick up time was 6:00 pm but when I got there the hertz rental was closed at 5:00 !!!! How can I get a car at 6:00 pm if they close at 5:00 ???? I called hertz and they said to make another reservation and that the refund they will send it to me later kkkkkk very funny !!!! I dont have enough funds on credit card to do that very disappointed with hertz !!!! User's recommendation: Rent some where else.
