Falsely charged account twice causing financial dissarray for myself and mental anguish .disputes with capital one and hertz corporation charged 1200+ $ ,about 6500 falsely charged to my account when rental returned by AAA TOW SERVICE never should have been charged for a vehicle as stolen or non return because tow truck returned to wrong location is not reason to falsely charge me 6500 dollars and 1200 charge should have been deposit returned to my account instead charging account three times hertz along with capital one have violated federal laws and my account and protection under fdic laws
