Had to call the 800 number in order to get my diamond reward because the store said it should have been sent to me and I did not receive it was on the phone for quite a while she called the store to verify that I was there wanted to use it on my hair appointment and was told that it could only be used for merchandice just tried to use the code they sent me for merchandise online and was told it only can be used for hair. Been a customer for 12 years every 6 weeks. Not going back
