Lack of customer service and communication

We booked a kitchen on January 22 2021 and paid all the money after plan sign off for a kitchen install commencing on May 4 2021. The sub contractors are amazing unfortunately let down by the firm. We are still awaiting cupboards which have been supplied incorrectly according to the plans. The CSM - supposedly Customer Service Manager is next to useless. Communication is crcrap and always one way inst User's recommendation: Be prepared for immense frustration.
