Defective Bose amplifier in my 2010 Mazda 3

My car radio started screaming, making loud noises, and very loud popping sounds. It even made the noises when the radio was turned off. I had to pull the fuse to get it to stop. The owner of my car stereo store said his friend got a new amplifier from you at no charge. The stereo store installed it for $120. Please send a new amplifier to Carol Pagel 1343 Cliff Dr. Santa Barbara, Ca. 93109. I have been without a radio and all that goes on the same circuit breaker (GPS, hands free phone, CD player and other electronics) for at least 3-4 years because no one had a solution for the problem until today when the stereo stores owner told me about his friends experience. Thank you in advance for your help. Carol User's recommendation: Know that you don't have to replace the whole radio system when it starts screaming at you. Only the amplifier needs replacement.
