I ordered a short robe, they sent me a floor length one. I emailed saying I need a RMA to return it. The first shady thing was they sent the robe with absolutely no paperwork, or any return info at all! They wanted me to send pics to verify. After reading all the horrible reviews on consumer affairs, it is all the same thing! People asking for refunds, trying to send back item, no valid response from company. The amount of people they have ripped off is amazing.... this crooked company should be shut down!! They are millionaires off of scamming people. If you call their customer service number you will literally be on hold for a longtime for them to tell you the person in charge of your return is not in at the moment! Walmart should be ashamed for allowing them to be part of their service. Amazon would not put up with this!
