For some reason every time I open a file I am having to click on "open" and then scroll down to excel. If I don`t do this and try to open normally the file comes up in an encrypted unreadable state. I am not sure what I have done? Please can you help me out? Also I have lost the easy access icon on my screen. How do I reinstate it please?
