I want to get my files out of Dropbox and back on my computer

1

I accidentally set up Dropbox to confiscate all of my files, and I want to get out of whatever I did. I only need Dropbox for downloading videos from a class Im taking. There doesnt seem to be a way to talk to a real person at Dropbox to help me with this. I see that if I buy a paid subscription I can get phone support. I also see that there are a whole lot of other people who are dealing with this. What a scam. User's recommendation: Do not allow Dropbox to synchronize your files! It’s a scam to make you pay for a subscription. Now I can’t download anything directly to my computer, and my Dropbox is full, so I’m really stuck. I don’t want to have to pay to reverse my mistake.
