Update by user Jul 04, 2021 STILL NO email from these useless lazy people Original review updated by user Jul 02, 2021 The stupid app keeps asking me to verify myself even though I had the verified check mark on my account this time. This is the same reason I had to delete my old account because this whole verification this is unnecessary and is just making more problems! I made this account back in April and the BROKEN scanner is saying the scan doesn't match the records like WTH. I've emailed 9 times now and NOONE has replied to me yet! They don't even do customer service over the phone which is stupid. User's recommendation: Just don't download the app. Get a different one.
