This is the same reason I had to delete my old account because this whole verification this is unnecessary and is just making more problems! I made this account back in April and the BROKEN scanner is saying the scan doesn't match the records like WTH. I've emailed 9 times now and NOONE has replied to me yet! They don't even do customer service over the phone which is stupid. User's recommendation: Just don't download the app. Get a different one.
