Dropbox disabled my account randomly
The account was disabled, with no explanations as to why from Dropbox. After contacting them through pissedconsumer.com, my account magical got non-disabled. I'm currently backing up files and then going to disable Dropbox from auto billing.... Insane business practices and no customer service rep to speak to if issues arise. I'm glad I found this service, or I would have probably got my kids photos videos etc. deleted User's recommendation: do rely on drop box as a main back up.
