I bought a bad lobster on 6/6/21 with a sell by date 6/7/21 and when I open the lobster it was bad. I did not bring the lobster back to the store because it was late in the date. Having a heat wave and the customer service line is always long. This site is hard to use also. User's recommendation: Be careful when you want to buy an expensive item like lobsters from Shop and Stop. This is not the first time this has happened.
