I've been waiting since November 2, 2020, for my refund check after a Black and Decker appliance cut me badly on first use. One of your Spectrum Brands employees, James C, is stringing me along, saying a check was sent in February. I complained in April that I never received the check. He should've then processed another check request. Today, May 24, 2021, James says he initiated a second check request. Spectrum Brands has withheld my money for seven months, and I've been lied to and strung along. I demand that my refund check for $84.13 plus interest be sent to me via PayPal this week. I am tired of Spectrum Brands' lies and will never buy another Black and Decker or Spectrum Brands product again. Thank you! User's recommendation: Keep your money.
